Help Christians popularly known as Salesian Sisiters of Don Bosco, to open a
house at kattappana on. 24 November 1995 , to take care of youth,
to give formal and non formal education to
people of the locality and to render pastoral and evangelizing service in the parish of St. Paul’s Malankara
Catholic Church , Kattappana and other
various apostolate in and around
our locality in adherence to our
charism. The work of FMA
commenced with three sisters on 3rd July 1996 with the celebration of Eucharistic Sacrifice. As per the request
of the locals and with the consent of the Bishop we started an English Medium School on June 9,
1997 with 118 children and they were accommodated in the convent building as no
other place was available. Mean while
many good and generous benefactors came to our aid and contributed to the growth
and development of the institute. Now it has grown with multifarious apostolic activities like
Kindergarten, I.C.S.E , Higher Secondary , Boarding for students, NTTC, Tailoring , SHG,NCP and parish animation
etc. Auxilium today has grown and is blessed with eight Sisters ,
Boarders, and the School has 1120
students. The school follows the preventive system of education of Don Bosco
based on Reason, Religion and loving kindness in forming honest and upright
citizens of the country. There is an
educating community consisting of sisters, parents, teachers and student
representatives who work in collaboration for the holistic development of the
pupils in a family atmosphere. Thanks
to the Almighty God for His providence, continuous presence and blessings and the
Motherly assistance and intervention of Our Blessed Mother. May Don Bosco and St. Mary Mazzarello help us
to keep alive the charism and be with
us to lead and
assist us to guide the youth in the path
set out by them.
